Retrofit Assessments are available UK-wide. EPCs, Air Tightness Testing, Energy Modelling and Photography are available across Shropshire (including Shrewsbury, Telford, Oswestry and Bridgnorth) and the West Midlands (including Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall, Sandwell and Solihull). Air testing for retrofit projects further afield is available by arrangement.

We use the Pulse method. A compact unit inside the property releases a short pulse of air, and sensors measure how quickly the pressure escapes. This gives your air permeability in m³/(h·m²) at 4 Pa. Lower is better.
Yes. Testing is carried out by an ATTMA Level 1 trained tester, the industry training standard for testing dwellings.
We send a simple preparation checklist before the visit. Typically, external windows and doors are closed and internal doors are propped open so the whole home is tested as one space.
